How to run a product feed import

Running an import feed will tell Salesfire that data needs to be gathered from your shopping feed URL if you have made updates to your product information such as pricing. You may also require a manual import of your feed if you have made updates to settings in the Salesfire Dashboard, for example, adding redirects in the catalogue to products or synonyms in the additional settings. 

  1. In your Salesfire Dashboard, you will find the main menu panel. 
  2. From the Main Menu select More click Settings and then Product Catalogue
  3. You will then be presented with the option to Run Import on your Product Feed. 

You will also see an option to select advanced settings if you wish to edit the:

  • Feed Language 
  • Pricing 
  • Parent Link attribute 
  • Schedule 
  • Default Currency 

Running a Product Feed will pull through any updates made to the feed outside of the automated feed import run time which is scheduled each day at 4am.
