Follow the below steps to guide you through installing the Salesfire plugin via your Shopify app store.
Note: Please ensure any existing Salesfire integration scripts such as the main script, product page view event or checkout success script are removed from the site prior to installing the new plugin or we risk duplicating tracking data.
Click the I already have an existing site option.
3. Once complete you’re ready to use the dashboard.
To unlink any duplicated/additional dashboards added in error. The bridge created in the Shopify app will need to be removed and then the existing dashboard you wish to connect with Salesfire will then need to be connected following the Connecting an existing dashboard guidance.
For Shopify Plus users, the above steps can be replicated to integrate Salesfire onto your Shopify Plus store.
Please note, for Shopify and Shopify Plus accounts the Salesfire script is removed from the checkout and payment page, preventing the ability to reveal any Salesfire products. This does not effect the checkout success page where order tracking is processed.
Now all settings are in place, if your Product Feed is required for some of the Salesfire tools. Follow these steps:
In the Shopify Store URL field enter your ‘My Shopify’ URL to connect your products to the Salesfire Dashboard.
