Managing your account credits

Review and add additional credits for your Email Sequences and SMS sends.

Adding credits

To add any additional credits to your account, select Add Credits at the top of the Credits tab.

This will open the credits payment modal where you may select a credits bundle, upon selecting a bundle from the dropdown prices will display in the subtotal.

Once you are happy with your selection you will be taken through to the payment gateway where you can complete the one-off payment process a confirmation will be available once the process is complete and credits have been added to your account.

To find the Credits section in your dashboard, head to the Main Menu and select Billing & Invoices and then head along to the Credits tab. 

Within the Credits section you may view your remaining package credits and also any remaining bundle credits. 

Transaction History

To see how your credits have been used, you can review the usage within the Transaction History area.

Package credits - these are credits that are purchased within a monthly licence. 

Bundle credits - these are one time credit packages purchased. 

  • Package credits are allocated monthly.
  • Package credits expire monthly, this can be found in your Transaction History. 
  • Bulk credits expire after 1 month.
