Using a valid reply to email address

To help ensure your emails are delivered successfully and aren’t flagged as spam, you must provide a valid reply to email address. Addresses that don’t have an active inbox, such as no-reply@example.com are more likely to trigger spam filters and security checks.

We recommend using a monitored mailbox like support@example.com that recipients can reply to if needed.

In addition, the reply to address must match your website domain (e.g. *@yourdomain.com).

Using an email address from a different domain may also increase the chance of deliverability issues.

Please ensure your reply-to address is active, monitored, and domain aligned.
