Overview
The Salesfire Warmup Flow is designed to streamline your domain warming process. We handle the list creation by segmenting to ever-growing groups of users over time. This removes the need to split CSVs and reupload them, and allows you to see all your campaigns in one sequence.
How to set up a Warmup Flow
- Please export your marketing-eligible contacts from your previous email provider or CRM system. We highly recommend you only send to engaged users - such as contacts who have opened or clicked in the last 2 years for example.
- Please import these as a list into Salesfire.
- Visit Settings, select Email from the menu and then choose the Domain Authentication tab. Click ‘More’ on the verified domain you would like to use for the Warmup Flow.
- Create a new Warmup Campaign.

- Input your Sender email address. This could be send@, hello@, email@ - this is simply the email customers will see when your email lands in their inbox.
- Select your list - make sure to select the list you’ve uploaded in step one of this process.
- We will automatically split your lists and generate the correct number of campaigns for you to effectively warm your domain.
- Add content to each of the campaigns provided. Read our guide on ‘Creating an effective warmup campaign plan’ here, or talk to your account manager for inspiration.
- When ready, select Save and Send Now to start the campaign flow sending.
- On the left-hand side, you can check the progress of your flow and how many sends have gone so far.

- Once complete, your campaign will show as ‘Completed’, and the progress bars will show green to signify the completion of the warmup campaign flow.
Top tips:

- Focus on engaged customers when importing your data.
- Make sure you have a blend of content in your warmup plan. Keep variety to make sure your customers stay engaged.
