503 (Service Unavailable)

If a 503 (Service Unavailable) error was returned when accessing the feed this means your server returned an error when we attempted to download your feed.

You will need to speak to your development team to resolve the server error. Occasionally, depending on your server configuration, it could be a temporary issue.

If you're using Visualsoft eCommerce

Speak to your Account Manager for assistance.

Once resolved with your host provider, import your product feed to update the changes made.
