404 (Not Found) Error

If you receive a “404 (Not Found) error was returned when accessing this feed” this means the feed is not found.

Please make sure the feed exists at the URL provided or provide an alternative feed that exists at the URL source. 

Check for errors in the URL

Oftentimes this error appears because the URL was incorrectly typed or the link that was selected points to the wrong place. 

Once completed, import your product feed to update the changes made.

If you’re using Magento 2

You should follow these steps to update your feed:

  1. Firstly, locate your Magento 2 product feed by logging in to your Magento store admin.
  2. Navigate to the Salesfire settings by selecting System then click Configuration, select Salesfire and go to General.
  3. Scroll down to the Product Feed section.
  4. Copy the Feed URL into your Salesfire Dashboard within Settings and then add to the Product Catalogue.
