Setting up a campaign

Integrate your existing account to promote your site reviews to shoppers and build trust in your brand. - Step 1:

When setting up a campaign in Digital Assistant, follow these steps:
  1. Upon selecting the campaign, you will be presented with the option to set the campaign type as a Small Message, Large Message or Overlay.

  2. Once you have selected the campaign type, click Next. This will take you to the Customise your Campaign area.

  3. Click the logo on the message to reveal a pop-out box to connect your store ID. Your store ID can be found in your admin panel.

  4. You may also adapt the text displayed beneath your message within the Secondary Content section or adjust the style options from light or dark mode.

  5. Ensure your store ID is connected before clicking Next to successfully show your reviews once live.

  6. You’re ready to go.
